The Main Dining Hall, located in the Callahan Center, provides a full service food court with multiple menu options serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each meal in Callahan Dining Hall uses one meal from the Board Plan.
Enjoy a wide variety of options every day! For fresh, simply-prepared meals that are prepared without seven of the eight most common allergens try Simple Servings. Taste the flavors of East Asia. Kick back with friends and your favorite grilled dishes. Pile on the flavor at the salad bar, complete with a generous selection of toppings to build a balanced meal. Then indulge with made-from-scratch desserts.
To go meals are now available at all stations during all meal time. Please just ask your server for your meal to go!
