Update: Callahan will have modified hours from May 10 - 13 then will close temporarily on May 17. Reopening is scheduled for mid-June. There is no definite reopening date at this time. Please check back here prior to visiting for official reopening date.

The Main Dining Hall, located in the Callahan Center, provides a full service food court with multiple menu options serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each meal in Callahan Dining Hall uses one meal from the Board Plan. Enjoy a wide variety of options every day! For fresh, simply-prepared meals that are prepared without seven of the eight most common allergens try Simple Zone. Taste the flavors of East Asia. Kick back with friends and your favorite grilled dishes. Pile on the flavor at the salad bar, complete with a generous selection of toppings to build a balanced meal. Then indulge with made-from-scratch desserts.

• SIZZLE**:** Traditional grill including favorites such as burgers, chicken tenders, grilled cheese and quesadilla’s.
  
• SAVORY: Standard favorites that remind you of home. Selections include Mac and Cheese, Baked Chicken, New England style Fish Dinner, and Shrimp and Grits, to name a few.
• SHOWCASE: Meals inspired by the global flavors of Asia, South America, Latin America, Africa and many more.
  
• SAL'S PIZZA: Featuring a local favorite Sal’s Pizza, it’s the fresh made dough and proprietary sauce that make this a standout. Rounding out this station in a rotating selection of pasta and sauces.
• GROWN: Our 100% all-vegan station.
  
• STACKED: How would you like that sandwich? However you want, as our self-serve deli let’s you build your sandwich exactly to your liking. Including a wide variety of breads and wraps, sandwiches can be made cold or pressed on a panini grill.
• SPOONFUL: Soup of the day with oyster crackers or topping of choice.
• SIMPLE SERVINGS: Simple Servings is a dedicated station within resident dining venues that offers fresh, flavorful meals prepared without the most common allergens
  
• SIMPLE ZONE: For fresh, simply-prepared meals that are prepared without seven of the eight most common allergens. This station is reserved for students with approved dietary accommodations through the Endicott College Center for Accessibility Services.
