Healthy Eating
We take pride in serving you wholesome ingredients, preparing recipes accurately, and providing nutritional analysis and ingredient statements through our online menus and nutrition calculator. From our managerial staff to our frontline team members, we work carefully to address food allergies, celiac diets, or other special dietary needs. Self-advocacy is an essential element in order to make the most of your dining experience. Here are some steps you can take to advocate on behalf of yourself:
- Report your allergies to your school's Office of Accessibility Services. Your information is protected by FERPA.
Endicott Center for Accessibility Services - access@endicott.edu 2. You will be directed to our Registered Dietitian to discuss your food allergy and learn what additional accommodations we can provide. 3. Always tell your server you have a food allergy when placing your order. If you are unsure if an item contains an allergen, please ask any of our supervisors or managers; our team members have detailed ingredient information of the menu items we serve. Plus, many of our chefs, management, and supervisors are AllerTrain U certified on food allergies, celiac disease, and understanding the importance of preventing cross-contact of items during preparation. 4. Consider wearing a medic bracelet. Many may be unaware of your allergies. 5. Always carry your medications with you, including an EpiPen if you require one.
We want to create an exceptional dining experience for you and knowing about your food allergies or intolerances will help us do just that. Providing you with healthy options is something your dining team proudly does every day. We help you select delicious, nutritious and satisfying meals, snacks and desserts by highlighting well-balanced menu choices and providing nutritional information and tips to help you make choices that fit your needs.
